(Spicy Greek Cheese Dip)
This is a wonderful, thick and chunky, dip that can be spread on keto crackers for a quick and tasty lunch or snack. This lovely recipe takes just minutes to prepare and the chilli spice level can easily be adjusted to taste. I like it quite spicy. The whole pot of Dip is just 15 carbs and covers approximately 30 crackers depending on how much you like to load them! You just have to decide how to serve it…
Ingredients – For One Pot of Dip
- 400g Feta Cheese
- 100g Plain Yoghurt
- 50g Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Birds Eye Red Chilli
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tblsp Sriracha Chilli Sauce
- Beat together the feta cheese and yoghurt with a wooden spoon until almost smooth
- Stir through the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine thoroughly
- Store in the fridge. It will thicken slightly as cools in the fridge
Serve with Keto Crackers or with BBQ meats and chicken. Enjoy!
